SHAMANIC BREATHWORK
CEREMONY

Our breath is the most vital and crucial component to our life. It is through the breath that layers of healing can be accomplished, our parasympathetic nervous system can regulate, grief can be processed and answers to our problems can be revealed.
This shamanic breathwork style includes playing the drum throughout the entire ceremony to allow stagnant energy and emotions to escape. Followed by sweet lavender, rosemary or cedar burning around you to bring the calmness back into all layers of your being.
There will be hands on physical and energetic adjustments during and after the cycle of breath.
Once the breath cycle has ended a sound bath of alchemy bowls, rattle and chimes will allow the integration process to begin.
To end the ceremony you will be served a delicious tea/snacks to ground back into your body.
CACAO OR TEA
CEREMONY

A cacao ceremony involves the preparation of raw cacao in its purest form brewed into a rich, delicious ceremonial drink. A tea ceremony involves the preparation of aged living tea or a herbal infusion also brewed over time. Both the cacao or tea are prepared with songs, healing energy and lots of love.The ancient ceremony of drinking a warm ceremonial beverage with others resonates deep within our bones. As we sit in stillness communing with the plants, our senses become expanded and we are able to open into new places in our heart and body. We will drink the first few bowls in silence to allow any emotions to surface and be compassionately witnessed.
This ceremony creates a space of self reflection, nervous system regulation, and connective experience as a circle. The effects of cacao or tea can be uplifting and grounding. We can have the tea ceremony in the forest or indoors in a beautifully prepared area.
HOME CLEARING &
BLESSING
1-2 HOURS
A home clearing & blessing requires 2-3 sessions.
The first session is to explain the history and origin of the home. Re-accounting any known history of previous owners, land ownership, and how you have obtained it as the caretaker. We will walk all around the inside and outside of home to learning about the spots you love and those you dislike. If you don't have many spots you dislike then we can move straight into the clearing & blessing in the second session.
Second Session will be to assist you in any of the removing of clutter, debris, boxes, inside or outside that have taken up your emotional energy. (PLEASE REFER TO THE IN-PERSON OFFERINGS IF ADDITIONAL CLEANING OF CLUTTER SESSIONS ARE DESIRED.)
Third Session will include the clearing, offerings, and blessing of the home - the land -and yourself + family. We will use sacred smoke, music makers, and candles. If desired we can create a despacho of offerings, a type of time capsule, or plant a tree.
MOTHER'S BLESSING OR
DAUGHTER'S 1ST MOON
CEREMONY

During my many years as a birth doula I saw the importance of women gathering to honor the new mother-to-be. There are many rituals that can be done during this time together, songs to be sung, words to be spoken and feet to be washed.
The same can be done for our sweet daughters as they enter the world of womanhood. We can make their ceremony playful, educational and honoring. Presenting a sweet moon necklace to welcome them to officially becoming a daughter of the moon.
I would love to help create, facilitate and hold the space for these types of important WOMBan empowered moments that need to be honored.
DIVORCE TRANSITION, VOW RENEWAL, ANCESTOR VIGILS.

✶DIVORCE TRANSITION✶
There are many pivotal moments along our earth walk where we may need help supporting our aching hearts, and divorce is defiantly that moment.This is an ending and as such the soul of the relationship has its own needs. To be honored and to allow it to decompose. The dreams that were once there will no longer be the same. The parents and children all need to be supported.
We can create a beautiful way to honor, process and grieve with the children through ritual. Children respond well to the elements and being able to give them the gift of expression beyond words is therapeutic.
✶VOW RENEWALS✶
There are many creative ways to express love and commitment with a loving partner! I am happy to facilitate any beautiful bonding rituals whether that be intimately just the 2 of you in the forest or with a group gathered.
We can create the love bonding ceremony you have always dreamed was possible!( I can register at time of ceremony to become a legal officiant, if desired.)
✶ ANCESTOR VIGILS✶
When a loved one passes and crosses the rainbow bridge it can be a confusing time for them as their luminous body expands living their earth body temple behind to decompose back to Mama Gaia.
I am happy to hold a vigil for them keeping the candle lit, incense burned and sacred altar tended for 3 days. Often I am able to sense their messages they want to say and can relay those messages to family.
I can also offer any emotional support to family and help with home clearings.
